Though I’ve had only a limited set of interactions with Dr Dutton, he’s a man of character, honesty, and capability. And I can’t say i’ve ever disagreed with a single position he’s taken – and that doesn’t happen often.
I’ve had very limited interactions with Dr Murray and can say the same.
This is because there is a correlation between competency and morality. And Murray and Dutton demonstrate both.
As for me, I’m confident my work is testimony to my ability. I stand on the shoulders of prior giants like everyone else. But unifying the sciences isn’t exactly a trivial lifetime achievement. Even without my work on the law, my work on grammars and ternary logic of evolutionary computation alone is equal or greater than the contributions of many others in history.
So, you can soothe yourself by trying to capture the attention given to better men, and for some reason you feel is due you. But it won’t succeed now just as it hasn’t succeeded in your past.
And yes I know I shouldn’t feed the trolls so to speak but defending men of character from those who lack it is a moral demand under natural law.
