Hate on Sandra Bullock of all people?
What kind of trashy people in this world prosecute an actor for playing a role in a script flawlessly? What has SB ever done other than make a (very, very) poor choice of a marital partner – even if she recovered from it somewhat gracefully?
How was she supposed to know whether a script is in fact testifiable in court? Actors are entertainers who perform to a script the purpose of which isn’t to convey facts, but emotions.
Actors aren’t rocket scientists (that’s for sure). They’re often the least informed, least educated, people living in the most insular artificial illusory bubble in the entire population. And they are more likely to be mentally ill because if it by orders of magnitude compared to the rest of the population.
In fact, career actors would be better off, and we would too, if they were prohibited from using the fame of acting to leverage public speech on matters other than acting.
