The court is in a period of reversing legal activism (lawfare) in an effort to restore the legislative process and legitimacy of legislature and court, and this includes restoring the common law prohibition on conspiracy to interfere with marriage, employment, or business by coercion, by bypassing public consent via legislature or court.

So contrary to Mr Laufer, if you have the money to prosecute the ADL, you can assist the court in providing a vehicle for reform that restores the common law requirement for establishing concurrency of consent as institutional defense from warfare against the commons. In this case the informational commons upon which open societies depend for truthful information.
