@curtdoolittle @StefanMolyneux Texas had so-called ‘paramour’ laws on the books well into the 20th century. They were a get out of jail free card permitting you to kill a man who slept with your wife. Struck me as reasonable when I read about them.

@StefanMolyneux That all depends on the next few years – whether we tolerate this or not. I think not. People think democracy is irreversible. It’s easily reversible. It’s failed every time anything like it’s been tried. The windfall of the industrial revolution is over and normality returns. 😉
