Most honest and truthful combination of just criticism and acknowledgement. Thankfully I don’t want optics ’cause people will want me to be in charge. I know my job. I’m Merlin(Aristotle,Jefferson). I’m looking for Arthurs(Alexanders, Washingtons). 😉 -hugs
