I suspect john was just shocked at the vitrol. he is a profoundly moral person. We were doing a profoundly moral service for our people. He was profoundly affected by it.

I don’t think like that kind of marketer.
I think like a PR firm that is in continous damage control.

But john is a positive marketer and a teacher.
I had fking microsoft as my customer for 20 years.
Do you know how many people hated that company?
You have to stay on message about value propositions.

I don’t use twitter generally. Just FB. Twitter is good for the insult and shaming war of left and right. But I make arguments and Twitter is a bad forum. that’s why we stay with FB etc.

FB filters bad characters, and we can have meaningful discussions there.
