He’s wrong. Because like most people speaking beyond their ken, he’s confusing a RESOURCE with its APPLICATION. Intelligence is in fact a scalar measure which is why it was discovered. DEMONSTRATED intelligence is dependent upon the other personality traits and idiosyncrasies.
