Speaking truthfully is expensive and only a disciplined and fully human (transcendent of our animal nature) mind can speak little to no falsehoods all the time, and it takes a really disciplined mind to think little to no falsehoods, as well.

What demarcates a human from beast is his ability to defeat ignorance, error, bias, and deceit.
