It’s a pseudonym. He used to write (books) under yet another different pseudonym. I haven’t heard from him in maybe a year? As far as I know personal reasons caused him to cease his activism and focus on home and family.

No, it’s a thought experiment out of context, for demonstrating that race differences are largely differences in the size of the classes, and as such generate demand for different political, economic, social, normative systems especially in competition by proximity or stress.
