Why do we, and we alone, practice truth before face, individual sovereignty, duty to commons before self or family, heroism as direction of dominance to production of commons, and why has our political system suppressed or prohibited authority for 5k years??

It’s one thing to develop the simple common morals that all civilizations do, and quite another to develop the morals and virues that all other civilizations don’t. Especially when those morals and virtues are cognitively, psychologically, and emotionally costly: high trust etc.

In general we have considered indigenous to refer to either the first human settlers as man spread out (quickly) from africa covering all but the americans in only about 20k yrs, and the americas as soon as the ice permitted – Or whatever population we discoverd in age of sail.

Europeans(whites) consist of native europeans(european hunter gatherers) and ancestral north eurasians (where exclusively white coloring come from), Anatolian Farmers (south), and European Steppe Herders(north). Proportions vary from SW to NE. But yes, basal euro are indigenous.
