In modern parlance we say ‘high trust society vs low trust society’. RU is a low trust civ. Germanic civ is a high trust civ. Anglo Saxon is a very high trust civ. Legal suppression of private crime and public corruption creates a high trust civ.

It’s certainly partly common genetic properties of the race, partly lower-class behavior of all races, partly b/c of the absence of rigorous religious indoctrination and norms, partly because white liberals destroyed the black community, religion, family, and norms.

As of 2019, from the Census Data: Generation Z is 50.9% white, 13.8% black, 25.0% Hispanic, and 5.3% Asian. IOW 48% non-white.
