I mean, the books are all out there. Much of what we know today about history has been known since the beginning of the 20th century. But SYNTHESIS for modern audiences – by reading and condensing… Imagine you had to write books about each video. The time, cost, return’s BAD.

I think what’s novel is (a) you’re young and speak in accessible terms (b) you’re the first synthetic historian of your generation to master the internet as a vehicle for teaching. (c) And you find fulfillment in it. Where most previous gens (mine too) found the public tedious.
