We know the answer. You won’t like it. Men have dragged us out of ignorance, superstition, poverty, hard labor, starvation, disease, child mortality, early death, plague, and the vicissitudes of nature.
We’ve had a century of women voting, working, etc, but what have women done but caused population collapse, immigration, and the spread of feminism and woke?
There are no female organizations of any scale, particularly polities, for a very good reason. Do you know what it is?

Respectfully, you are incorrect, Richard.
Science is the product of Western man because it evolved exclusively from the application of our law, which formed on the steppe.
(Yes, really)
Combine metalworking with Steppe economics and politics and then convert it to settled agrarianism, and we get unique Western thought: empirical.
Because that’s all that’s possible when your law prohibits authority (among the men who fight) thereby requiring a means of decidability.
So any civilization may adopt any technology. But the intersection of civilizational differences in thought (premise, bias, logic) is difficult to overcome, and we still see it in the world differences in publication quality without indoctrination into scientific thought.
Why?
Science consists of the production of testimony. And Only Europeans – at least until the marxist to woke sequence – practice truth before face.
And that is a very rare legalistic behavior for a general population.
And it’s under assault in the West.

Primates have white skin. Dark skin is an adaptation to the exchange of fur for heat dissipation to assist in persistence hunting, and because it prevents solar radiation from harming not only skin but is immunosuppressive and inhibits certain natal chemistry production. White skin returns as need for vitamin D increases, and because neoteny (lighter skin) is a fertility signal – the direction of all human evolution is toward neoteny. African resists neotenic evolution because of competition, radiation, and perhaps most importantly, the disease gradient.

AFAIK the quality of economic life is certainly better, so is risk, but primary difference is bowling alone – the decline of social organizations, friendships, and relationships in favor of electronic or other entertainment. The end of the cold war was a relief the young haven’t experienced and know no equivalent. The swap of urban decay and rural decay or the spread of rust belt decay to the rural areas due to outsourcing and the resultind drug problem is certainly worse. And while I remember the hostility, bombings, protests, violence, and crime of the 60s and 70s, today FEELS worse because of the decline in interpersonal relationships and economic opportunity. In other words our material security is offset by our social and political insecurity and rise of conflict not seen since the civil war.
