  • Why Is Bellevue, Wa Considered One Of The Best Places To Live In America?

    (trigger warning)j

    Truth:

    1) it’s a relatively new city built with money generated by proximity to Microsoft, and because it is new and expensive, and populated by an almost entirely college educated population, it has not (yet) accumulated an underclass.

    2) Seattle/bellevue/redmond started as a heavily Scandinavian lumber and coal region, but never experienced the migration of black communities off the farms during the automation of farming and the war era. Ergo it is a very “white” area, with Asian and Hindu minorities. 

    3) Nor is Seattle one of the traditional Gateway cities for processing the first generation or two of immigrants.

    4) In addition, the northwest is ‘hard to get to’.  The weather is grey and wet. It is painfully dark much of the year. And so it attracts a certain class of person. 

    We have a joke that Bellevue is a “Green Zone”: a beautiful place to live amidst the rapidly declining majority of the country, simply because it is a rare artificial economy, and it’s too expensive to survive there, and there is no demand for unskilled labor (Those people live north in bellingham or south in Renton.)

    Impolitic as it is, if you want a nice region the basic problem is to keep out the lower classes.  Because the lower classes demonstrate undesirable behaviors that decrease the quality of territory, institutions, capital, norms, schools, shops,  neighborhoods, homes, private property, and family life.

    Europe is a vast open air museum because for thousands of years they practiced land allocation by merit,  manorialism, late marriage and child birth, prohibition on cousin marriage, and hung about 1% of the entire population every single year. By the industrial revolution most of Europe was descended from members of what we would call the middle social class.

    Just how it is. If you want comforting lies, ask college professors and the media – they get paid to tell you what you want to hear.

    But the WANT for consensus – the false consensus bias. All these behaviors make us WANT government. When the fact is all of it’s bad.

    We need markets for goods, services, and commons. The only monopoly is law and property

    In other words, they circumvent the racist accusation by criticizing christians. But it’s still a racist argument.

    On the other hand, a large number of the critics are single and unattractive white women who have been sold ‘the second great lie’.

    I’ll ruin the parable of this post with the difference separating the two cultures: the Rabbi lies four times. The American Tells the truth four times.

    This is the difference between cultures. Indo Europeans obtain adulthood by means of Oath never to lie or steal, and created a high trust society. Westerners discovered truth, reason, and science because of it. And in both the ancient and modern world dragged man out of ignorance and poverty using it.

    High trust, Altruistic, Universalist, Truth Telling, with an ethical system that requires productive fully informed warrantied voluntary exchange free of externality.

    I wouldn’t be too impressed with Talmudic study. There is a reason the most literate people in Europe produced nothing of value until attempting to integrate, and adopting the aristocratic religion of the west: truth and science.

    Study Aristotle, Accounting, Mathematics, Propertarian Ethics, Anglo Saxon Common Law, Austrian Economics, Physics (in all its forms Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Astronomy)

  • More On Race. Sorry. I don’t Do Racism. I do Aristocracy for Every Clan, Tribe, and Nation.

    [I] am an aggressive supporter of kin-preference, aristocratic families, paternal aristocracies, and as many of them as man can make. My position on the friction between the races is that democracy and multiculturalism causes conflict between them. And that nationalism, aristocracy, paternalism and local separatism improve everyone. My position on the cause of the *meaningful* differences between the races is the degree of suppression of the reproduction of the underclasses over long periods of time. My means of criticizing other groups is whether their group evolutionary strategy is objectively more or less moral than some others. My demand for changes is not to place it upon others, but to change our weaknesses so that we are no longer subject to the damage of the less moral, yet can reap the benefits of the more moral. I am very fond of my non-kin friends. I want to help them raise themselves and their families, as all aristocracy should assist other aristocracies in raising themselves and their families. So I don’t really want to lose those friends because you choose to criticize others successful reproductive strategies, rather than to criticize and repair your (our) own failed reproductive strategies. I don’t do racism. I might agree or disagree with you on some criticism or other. But my goal is the evolution of man. I prefer every tribe evolve together, not that any tribe be subsumed by another. I want to see a world of many tribes – of many extended aristocratic families, raising their extended families. I do not seek to dominate others, only to preserve my tribe and to advance it and mankind’s tribes in the long journey to becoming gods.
