(YT video update)
We are 8 videos or about 16-20hrs of content behind. Including chats, work sessions, and staff meetings.
All are uploading at the moment and will release over the course of the weekend. And no I have no good reason for the delay. 😉

I’ve only done one major deal with @satyanadella and he’s a good exec, and in my experience, a good person to do biz with. He’s certainly had a heck of a job cleaning up after SteveB. That said, the culture of MSFT virtue signaling doesn’t play well, no matter how hard they try.

You have to fire customers once in a while. Back in the mid 00’s I ‘fired’ a business unit at MSFT because the exec was abrasive and dishonest and I don’t want people who work for me to endure that kind of behavior. In the mid 90’s Did the same at ATT and others.

Well, I’ve made too much money with women in sales, customer management, recruiting, project management, and accounting. Men for risk and innovation, women for relationships and details. This is a general rule – There is a 10-20% overlap.

The team meets and we ask this question every week. But the number of moving windows right now is …it’s just chaos. So, all we can observe is that we are closer to ‘the event’ than we were last quarter and the quarter before that. We missed it in ’19. I can’t predict next one.

Intention, and either: 1. direction by formal organization, or 2. collaboration informal organization, or 3. common interest and self-organization, or 4. common interdependence and unorganized following (bots)
I think this is the spectrum … let me know.

(Irony) When microsoft aquired the leading website production co, I bought a company with the most experience. MS made the absurd choice to use Sharepoint instead. So that was an acquisition down the drain. But I did the same for sharepoint – and it stunk. Platforms won. Sigh. $$ https://twitter.com/nickchapsas/status/1597306013115625472
