Well, you know, we are always in a conflict between department based (static) and project based (adaptive) for the simple reason that it is much, much harder to operate a project based company than a department based company, and a project based company requires more talent.

How do you expect to prevent overexpansion when skilled workers in a field are scarce, and it takes years to recover their hiring costs, and often longer before they are net productive?
Of course it’s all relevant. And the FTC can’t stop it. Ending immigration will crush it.
