My experience having built multiple consultancies is that the knowledge exists in the organization but the political dependencies cause (a) resistance to change, and either (b) mgmt doesn’t trust staff, or (c) mgmt or staff want political cover.

There are zero organizational costs. I’ve built 100M companies with nothing other than willpower. If you need money then the incentives don’t exist. If you have incenties on your side you don’t need money.

Our Facebook Presence
For the time being, we still use Facebook as our primary social media platform. While most political organizations have trouble with it, we find that it ‘keeps the riff raff’ out of our discussions. That said I’m sure we will expand our use of Gab for Activists, and Parler for Politicians
