Where do you get that nonsense?
Republicans demand individual responsibility and only tolerate charity in the case of support for responsibility even if one lacks ability. Democrats demand evasion of responsibility and demand charity despite the evasion of responsibility.
The difference between the sexes, and the difference between the moral biases, and the difference between the parties now that women are fully integrated into polity economy and origination of family, is the feminine and progressive demand for subsidy of and of commons despite evading responsibility for the cost of those behavioral and physical commons thus encouraging degeneration of responsibility ability and trust, vs the masculine and conservative demand for production and capitalization and responsibility for those informational, behavioral, and physical commons.
Note that no feminine consumptive irresponsible society has ever survived for more than a moment in time, and never can. Not only is it impossible, it is merely hyperconsumption of locusts on the commons, and, devolutionary and dysgenic.
Because society and civilization consist of the production of the demand for the maximization of individual responsibility for private and common.
The left is either Virtue Signaling, Responsibility Evading, Or Parasitic depending upon class.
And left discourse is nothing more than the institutional means by which the feminine and the abrahamic and the marxist claim victimhood as a false pretence by which to escape the costs of constructing and maintaining civilization.
