Context: Current debate between some right wing and musk et al over H1B visas.
1) false criticism: “in addition to the last comment you do realize universities discriminate against white men in favor of women and “minorities” already living in America.” Because answered with (a).
2) false accusation: “You are completely wrong about the nature of the problem.” not so per (a)
3) Straw man fallacy: attempt to amplify your false criticism to favor your bias by the combination.
Also:
4) Fact: foreigner dominated staff biases against the domestic population.
5) Fact: much cheaper workforce.
6) Also: I have built and sold two $100m tech consulting companies. My company was hired by msft to do the original white papers on analysis of overseas tech outsourcing.
7) Also: use perplexity or other engine to collect data and don’t disagree with me unless you have. I have been wrong. Its just historically uncommon.
