Interesting. I should reframe it as an operting system that serves humans rather than the other way around. 😉
You know all that stuff big companies collect about you so that others can take advantage of you? What if we reverse it so that the software you use every day, completely as a byproduct, tells you about you, how you compare to your peers etc. And can filter out content you don’t want to see? How would you like that control?

So true. IV and Fragile were may favorite records for years.
Then we had the hair bands, then punk, then indies, then grunge, then post grunge, and now I dunno what’s going on but with rare exceptions it’s trash. Zeppellin, Yes/Rush, Floyd, (too many indies to list), Nirvana(et al)/Tool-Perfect Circle. I don’t trash on Nickleback either. They have a formula and it’s consistent and it’s hard to argue with.
I hated the 60s and early 70s, but late 70’s (star wars) through 90s (the matrix) is probably about as good as it gets all around. 😉
We’re in worse shape than the 60s. that was a class, sex, race issue. Today it’s a civilizational survival issue.

I have this very odd bug in Oversing (our ‘operating system for humans) that is not processing certain mouse clicks, but processes touch ‘clicks’. This is the only substantial bug that prevents us from demonstrating the product.
So we can use the app in chrome dev -> responsive mode flawlessly (it imitates phones and tablets), but not in normal mode.
I suspect this is going to be ‘hire some js-nerd who is a better js-nerd than I am to fix it.’
An hiring dev’s for part time work on the internet is about as useful as gambling in vegas after too many martinis.
