    I don’t know. I really enjoy working with women in business. I love partnering with women in business. I appreciate women as employees in business. I depend deeply on women’s perspective and insight in business – so much so that I’m often teased about it. And I so don’t want to be deprived of the value that they can add to me, business, and the ‘society’ that is a business.
    It’s true that I’m not keen on women as CEO’s in strategic industry, or on boards of directors, or as voters because simply because of the science and evidence – it’s kind of overwhelming at this point.
    And I’m not keen on tolerance of women’s emotional sensitivity in the workplace whenever it interferes with truthful discourse. And I think that some women need ‘desensitivity’ training to participate in a workplace without being problematic in that truthful discourse. But then, we have ‘sensitivity’ training for men and have had it for years for the same reasons. Both sexes have trouble with personalizing when inappropriate.
    But women in politics as a general rule whether as voters or politicians – despite the extraordinary exceptions all of whom have been conservative (Thatcher, Le Pen, Meloni etc) – has been a catastrophe for us just as it has been in every western government – even Merkel was a disaster despite her popularity.
    Do I want to say this? No. Do I want to advocate it. No. Do I even want to know it? No I do not.
    But it turns out that my job is to speak the truth before face regardless of cost so that we may solve the crises of the age, and hope that those in the future might now repeat them.

    So, I’m a conservative libertarian in the Jefferson tradition, and because I work to advance truth in political discourse I’m ‘right wing’ when ‘the mainstream’ is trying to demonize ‘right wing’ as well as Truth?

    I have a friend who runs a company that produces, installs, and maintains water quality equipment for government and industry. I’m in a coffee shop sitting next to men of similar disposition producing waste water pumps for the same. In the past I’ve said the only company I can tolerate consists of other consultants and ceos. Because everyone else sounds like children running with populist or ideological scissors. Yet the people who make the world viable for those ‘children’ and their petty feelings, thoughts, and concerns, are relatively invisible from any discourse – precisely because the children have gone ‘wild’ since they left the proximity to production for survival necessary on the farm.
    The world works because men who matter keep their heads down and work relatively invisibly and without respect or consideration.

    Net is, that it is emotionally draining, exhausting, and bordering on despair doing this job. But who else will do it? It’s profoundly difficult just to vaguely understand the necessary scope of knowledge. It’s profoundly difficult to afford the time to do it. It’s profoundly difficult to maintain the emotional neutrality to do it. It’s profoundly difficult to suffer the slings and arrows of conflict. And the impact on one’s personal life is debilitating.
    So that’s why there are so few of us.

    The only reason there are so few of us doing the research – the hard work – of discovering truth in the behavioral sciences across the spectrum, and solutions using that truth, is because no one actually wants a means of cooperation … then want a means of success by defeat.
    And those of us who discover and purvey the truth are doomed to be cursed by both sides as enemies, fools or traitors.
    I’m pretty exhausted – especially given my libertarian moral instincts – by the fact that the left considers me evil, the libertarians a defector, and the right a seditionist that’s trying to make peace with the enemy.
    Now, one can sit in one’s ivory tower and suffer the slings and arrows while camping amidst one’s fellows. But when we attempt to engage in activism or god forbid business, we leave that ivory tower and the company of our fellows, and venture into the daily warfare that constitutes the century and a half of collapse of our civilization under the influence of the feminine, the left, the christian, and the foolishly optimistic right, and naive libertarian. All of whom were made possible by the by the government they inherited from the aristocracy, and the economy inherited from the upper middle and middle classes, such that the folly of the lower classes, the effeminate males, and women could be expressed in economy and polity.
    The high trust of the federation of the aristocratic west, its truth before face as honorable, combined with folly of utopian christian optimism, combined with the evolution of distributed restoration of european trade, gave us profound advantage – but the hole in it is tolerance for that which would undermine any aspect of it.
    And the combination of the left and women voters did what no army in history could have.
    Just as it did to greece and rome.

    I don’t do hate. I do frustration. I do frustration to the point of anger. And sometimes to near despair. But other than a few deserving lawyers I don’t do hate. On the other hand I do sex, class, culture and race realism – but only so we maximize cooperation by minimizing conflict. Everything I do is and always has been toward the elimination of deception, falsehood and false promise, and fraud, so that we may use governments for the purpose of producing commons particular to the abilities and needs of different groups, and trade between groups for the satisfaction of others’ wants and needs.
    No more lies.
    Truth and reciprocity is just the highest form of love for mankind.

    (And yes I am having a moment of near despair. I’ll get over it.)
