LOW TRUST IN UKRAINIAN AND RUSSIAN WOMEN

(and high trust in western men)

Many of us know that Ukrainian women are probably the best in the world by every measure, because they treat femininity as both an art form and as an expression of power.

The problem that you encounter, and that I did not understand, despite my fascination with trust, is that from a westerner’s perspective all these women are ‘broken’.

Meaning that acts of service or kindness are a matter of duty, manipulation, or resentment, but not of affection, trust-building, and care-taking, and demonstration of commitment.

So while you get a woman who is more beautiful, patient, feminine, and sexual, you also get a woman who feels ‘distant’ by our standards.

Conversely, from their perspective, western men are pussies – we are broken. We don’t decide, we compromise. We don’t demand, we ask. We don’t fight trivialities, we turn the other cheek. We lack confidence – and we are weak.

We value each other as rare exceptions to a lifetime perception of the gender in our cultures, but we remain distant because of these differences.
