Luke, until we restore some equivalent of basic training that includes basic leadership and basic project management, in a controlled and disciplined manner in the real world we will lack as we currently do a distribution of men capable of leading small teams – particularly in the present young generations who have been intentionally deprived of learning competitive conditions by effeminate education.
