OK. while it’s a good idea and I support the initiative the reality is that the capital needed to form any kind of ‘state’ is far and above what can be organized by the folks who wish to bring such things about.
This is a very long and complex conversation.
And I prefer not to rain on people’s mostly-right parades. But in the end sovereignty is the product of the capacity to organize the sufficient violence to defend one’s assets whether physical, common, informal or formal.
Governments can easily destroy anything even such things as digitial currency relatively easily despire fan boy fantasies. The reason being that institutional money and input-output capacity is easily regulated.
