The only point here being that yes, ‘foreign influence’ does prop up certain messaging without having to do anything at all.

In the past, when I was in Ukraine, and we first became aware of the organization in St Petersburg that was flooding web sites, forums, and social media, I tracked this nonsense.

Since RT took over most of it, it’s more organized and better quality.

BUt it’s just contining the soviet model of demoralization.

That doesn’t mean that someone like tim is wrong. It means that they fund demoralization of every possible section of the polity in order to generate conflict.
