Yes. This is the russian way of war. it’s simple. It’s relatively effective. It’s been largely successful. At least, until you run out of troops, artillery, and ammunition. Which, without the help of china and north korea on one hand and iran on the other, would have occurred already. The USA on the other hand is trying to run out russian finances. And the Ukrainians have changed strategy to run out public confidence (at least unstated) in the regime. This is, quite honestly, the emergent method of the western way of war.
