While we intentionally ‘appropriated’ the term natural law in the context of the founders, anglo common law, aquinas, and aristotle, our work consists of exactly what you propose: the unification of formal, physical, behavioral, political, and civilizational science (as you say ‘a physics of societies’). Our struggle is largely one of attempting to render it accessible to a college level audience. -cheers 😉
