The joy of helping others.
Stopped at a local restaurant for lunch. Lovely woman walked in and sat a few chairs away. I said hi. Asked her why she seemed a bit frazzled. Kid stuff. Usual. Then health stuff. Was able to help her over the span of twenty minutes. Thanked each other. Went to pick up her daughter from a soccer competition.
Always makes me happy to help people. Even if it’s just looking for a reason to compliment them.
I grew up in a small town.
Small town culture is a good thing. 😉
