Customer Service Ethic, Work Ethic, Bureaucracy, Taxes, Business Regulations (ridiculous), False Sense of Superiority, aggressive reverse racism, but most of all the incompetence and conservatism of the investment and banking sector (which is one of the reasons why canada keeps getting poorer).

Good things: (a) nice people (b) financial sector DOES work in the interest of consumers (c) if you’re in the bottom half it probably will work for you. (d) like all cold weather climates it suppresses the ‘ghetto’ behavior a bit.
