They’re both gone which is why RU is acting this way. I gave them ten years, but others are giving them 20 years, but RU is demographically in an unrecoverable death spiral. Add the end of soviet era education, the vast networks of corruption, the lack of an economy other than resources, and alienation from the world trade cycles – then this government will continue to drag the people down with them.
