Jack and all Lincoln county process bourbons pass through a filter of charcoal that eliminate the sulfites to which elder genes such as my own take offense. As such I prefer the lincoln county process as I prefer all purifications of evil from the good and virtouous.
As far as I know, the lincoln county process assists in the process of the truth serum for those of us with ancient genes. 😉
