I know but, that the federal govt is responsible or immigration is very clear. I’m not agreeing with her decision I’m stating that she’s on the court because she’s a woman and an originalist and that she is doing what she was appointed to do. The problem is we need to change and clarify that law given the federal abuse of it as war against our people, and as such criminalize participation in it, and revoke all citizenship back to 2008, though, one MAY reapply for it, otherwise be forcibly repatriated. Ths is our job not hers or theirs. It would have been nice had barrett not flipped but I don’t assume anyone will save us.
