And (b) logical facility degrades rapidly under 105, especially in a population where the IQ is 83, combined with tribalism and illiteracy. Of course they are not able to grasp and institutionalize abstractions without high investment parenting and high investment education – and even then, the percentage of the population capable of such reasoning is limted in relation to the rest.
