From the FWIW Department: Experience so far is that the ?NT? matter most and that the E/I and J/P can both work. Most of the people in our organization are INT? but we do have some ENTJ. We tend to use Big5/6 +Moral Foundations +IQ +Sex instead, but that’s harder than MBTI, which does at least include sex differences if only implicitly. While Big5/6 requires going down a step into facets to discover sex differences. For those people who don’t know such things, The MBTI/Big5 Correlation is significant, other than MBTI underweights some traits vs Big5.
