(Quick read of your paper. Net is that you write very well, clearly and accessibly. You clearly understand the subject, and make your case. And your summary is correct:

I frame this as testimony. the purpose of science is the production of testifiable testimony. If over time we discover the irreducible first principles we can testify to, then we have discovered a property of the formal operational logic which should, when that set of properties is complete, allow us to ‘compute’ all of existentially possible existence. 😉
