Black pilling isn’t helpful.
And you’re wrong.
There arent enough people at the bottom who will rally to support a leader – with force if necessary for that leader to emerge when the enemy is exceptoinal at decapitating any figure who emergest with that ability (trump).
It’s not a leadership problem. It’s that conservatives won’t pay the cost of activism, and leftists will. It’s behavioral economics.
