These are staff decisions -And as in all staff matters I have a sort of via-negativa authority (judge of last resort) to veto – but everything else is a ‘board’ decision. And even then I’d say it’s a decision by those who will own responsibiilty for that decision.
We have a set of candidate cities and regions. Now that we have confidence we can pull these things off, it’s more a matter of what organizations we can work with in each area to bring in other speakers.
