The militias are proxies for Iranian(IR) ambitions.
IR is smart in that US is occupied with RU in UA, and has near term risk with China(CN), and US has NOT ramped up production for those wars, that the US cannot supply extensive arms to Israel. So while the US is trying to exhaust RU, knowing that RU cannot scale production, RU, IR, and CN can easily exhaust the stores of US weapons, particularly missiles, which teh US depends upon, and which don’t store well.

I have no idea why IL has not bombed IR into glass, though it would require four to six nukes to fully incapacitate just Teheran. But maybe we are getting closer to that eventuality.
