I don’t disagree at all. Just the opposite. The question is, what can we do to replace those institutions in an era where agrarian era mysticism is only tolerably by a small minority, and we need an alternative that is structured, teachable, and can persist. We can observe this happening in the self-help cult for women, and in what we observe as the desire for a restoration of stoicism in the males.
