WHY DO WOMEN AND THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM PRESUME THE FALSE DEFAULT OPTION INSTEAD OF TEACHING THE CHALLENGE OF COOPERATION AT SCALE?
—“Never understood why politics isn’t taught in the light of the vast challenges of getting large groups of people to work together. Same with economics.”—
This statement is more insightful than obvious at first glance. The question is why, in an educational environment (an artificial monopoly in of an artificial equality), do students and teachers assume the default position that it’s in our interest to always cooperate, when in almost any other circumstance, cooperation is itself a scarcity that must be constructed via incentives to encourage people to pursue the same interests rather than their separate interests, given that their separate interests always and everywhere diverge in context, place, and time?
Normalcy bias (we think we’re average) and we presume everyone else shares our goals,, values, and interests, when the entirety of the value of human variation especially between the sexes, classes and individual abilities, is that we divide the time space and resources of the universe into individual chunks and therefore together maximize human discovery, innovation, adaptation. Of course we are different. If we were’t we wouldn’t need to be sentient. We are MORE different than other animals. That’s why we specialize in innnovation and adaptation itself, by memor, mind, ,consciousness and frequent cooperation – so that we evolve by ideas fast, not evolve by genetics slowly.
There is a good reason the administration does not teach manners, ethics, and morality, basic economics, basic law, and basic politics – all of which are market activities within the despotic monopoly that is the education system whose teachers are most often from the bottom 15% of their graduating classes. And where professors are almost always temps instead of employees, and are also from the bottom of their profession. So we pay for professors and we get temps. And we get dumbed down classes for great expense that enslave our people in debt for the privilege of getting access to the labor market – when an IQ test would be sufficient.
That reason is that the truth is offensive. and by putting face before truth by teaching a presumed falsehood they create political discord in the society rather than fulfilling their duty of producing citizens competent and morally able to participate in our advanced economy, legal system, and politics. And so discord results because they are effectively lied to consistently for the seventeen or more years of educational indoctrination into a falsehood.
Teachers are fearful of children who return home and question why their parents are losers – because they have the knowledge to understand their parents failings. But this is precisely what is necessary to raise the polity one generation at a time, and continue the development of our collective condition as individuals, families, the economy, and the polity.
We need to clear the decks in education and rebuild it with very different people teaching very different things, and end the destruction caused by women and the education system that has brought about the present catastrophe – because we didn’t teach our people, ,but more importantly our women correctly before giving them access to teaching, and voting.
