If that is what you took from my words then you are unfit for this level of discourse. Genetic distance is a dtatistical measure of aggregates not consequences. Very tiny differences as well as some combination of differences have profound effects. We have already identified minor genetic changes in outlying individuals such as seeing a far broader range of colors; the ability to run endlessly without lactic acid buildup; larger hearts, lungs, stronger muscles. Intelligence appears more complicated because it affects over 1009 changes. Neotenic development looks a bit more complicated because it might be more regulatory meaning hidden in the majority of the genome that w wrongly thought was unused.
You hold your position by motivated reasoning – like a child. Not because you understand the subject or the science. An adult would reserve judgement until he was confident that he did not err.
It’s particularly humorous than in a post where the good doctor lynch explains those topics upon which he maintains adult reservation, that you would do the opposite and claim with conviction that which you are but the victim of manipulation by the propaganda of a religious cult of pseudoscience. 🙂
