So true.
Fellow who worked for me would occasionally get up from his desk, walk to one of the white boards, and start drawing sheep. It was his subtle protest that we’d all be happier as farmers. Unfortunately, farming requires resources, financing them, and taxes – when as far as I can tell, you made a median wage for it at extraordinary personal economic risk.
There is no reason we require taxes from anyone doing any kind of farm or construction work with their physical bodies. It’s 3% of revenue. It’s ridiculous.
