#twitter discourse of ending the #block function has spiraled into a PR issue that needs settling: instead shifting blocking features into MUTING without blocking access to someone’s feed is a rational and superior solution.

Twitter isn’t ending blocking, they’re ending hiding profiles in blocking, and shifting to a more powerful version of muting.

Personally I want to be able to curate discussions on topics I post, and I don’t know why we can’t delete replies as we do on facebook. But hiding them from all but the author is an option.
