according to my Dr, who gives me a physical every year I’ve shrunk to 5’6-1/2″ from 5’7-1/4″ which is common if we age. Men in my family in recent generations are in the 5’8-5’10 range on the paternal side but I take after my mother’s Bretons who are all shorter.
