Yesterday we finished the strict construction of Rights Obligations and Inalienations. It was the most work we’ve had to do so far. We still have to enumerate all basic rights, but we’ve successfully prohibited ‘false rights’ and secured fundamental rights from future lawfare.
Today we started on Due Process of Adjudication – spending more time than you’d think on limiting the meaning of the term Authority by enumerating it’s requirements (Responsibility). And after we’re done with this section we will continue with enumerating the fundamental rights, and in hierarchical order.
This work is important in that it prevents the abuse of our law that’s been consistent over the twentieth as the left has tried to replace our rule of law republic with majority rule and the eradication of rule of law.
