Not so. I felt less corruption in ukraine than the USA. Because their corruption doesnt affect you. The government is invisible, people take care of their own, and police are kind and helpful – unless you are creating a problem, and then they are rough. Ukraine has direct corruption: you pay civil servants to do their job. The government corruption is a remnant of the soviet era gradually suppressed as generations die off. I ran a company in Kiev and it was as easy as in the states, with little taxation. I couldnt buy a company despite looking at dozens, in moscow because you have to keep twosets of books and pay off the FSB or whatever scam the bureaucrats are running. And if you are successful, the government will steal the business and give it to a crony.

You know nothing but what they want you to believe because russia industrializes lying. And they know people like you are useful idiots. This is why you room temperature IQ nitwits disgust me and deserve what you get.
