Imploding? Or are we withdrawing after discovering like the European colonials, the Romans before them, and the greeks before them, that we cannot civilize lower IQ peoples no matter how hard we try. We can only either exterminate them as we did in north america, or hybridize with them in south america, or keep them at bay as the byzantines and chinese, but we cannot integrate them, govern them, or civilize them. It’s just not possible.
