The second amendment, which prohibits the State from interfering in the requirement that all able bodied men insure one another’s life, freedom, liberty, and sovereignty, is one upon which all others depend. It is the means by which the people rule, and insure their soveriegnty themselves, and prohibit rule by other than the people.

The fact that the founders did not directly specify the natural law of tort, the common empirical law, empirical commonality of dispute resolution and concurrency in voting and legislation, nor the requirement that all men bear responsibility for BOTH the private and common defense, occured only because it was an ancient tradition that was assumed by all – and because they all understood Blackstone; and were trying to recreate the height of western civilization in the Roman Government – after 1500 years of christian superstition and clerical competition.

The purpose of all western civilization’s traditions, the separate it from all other civilizations, is the institutionalization of maximization of individual responsibility for private and common, and the reciprocal insurance of all others who are obligated to do the same.

We have overturned most of the behavioral pseudoscience that began with Freud, Boaz, Marx, Lewontin, Gould, the Frankfurt School, the Postmodernists, the historical revisionists, the anti-family feminists, and we’re in the process of overturing the race marxists (the woke). And I work on overturning (as did Scalia) the pseudoscience of law by Rez, Kelsen, and Dworkin.

You may be a decent soul. And you were a joyous part of my youth and early adutlhood. But you are so far out of your league in these matters that you don’t realize that to those of us for whom these matters are those we’ve mastered, that you spoil the memories you gave us, the moral message in your fictions – practically a mythology in and of itself – and degrade your possible reputation in the future. A future which will, with absolute certainty, refute the present age, as one of sophistry, pseudoscience, and folly – if not equal sedition treason and hatred of mankind as the bolsheviks.
