Legislation to require that all AI’s be limited to testimonal truth, and that teaching an AI to lie regardless of intention is criminal, and punishable per act (per lie), as calculated by the cost of convincing any party experiencing the lie of the lie. And that all such costs will be calculated as triple damages. This will make all lies costly.
