The alternative to withdrawing the vote is to give women a separate house of government so that men and women would have to agree on domestic policy the way the house (population) and senate (territories) have to agree today. And reserve international policy to men.
This is consistent with the use of multiple houses of government (parliaments, parleys) for each class, (monarchy-state, nobility-regions, ministers-businesses, and church-labor, family), given that the classes have different interests. The result is a marketplace for the production of commons.
The fundamental differences between the sexes are (a) the female basis to predict and value emotions in time, and the male bias to predict and value systems of outcomes over time, and (b) the feminine bias to status by hyperconsumption without responsibility vs the male bias for status by capitalization and responsibility. Or in simple economic terms: Female Demand and Male Supply. (Which is what you face every day.)
Politics is a game of scale over time. And it’s clear from the evidence women are under-interested, under-informed, and vote emotionally, and are the swing vote that determines the outcome of elections. This causes the politicians to pander to women’s emotions and the short-term experiential interests of women, at the cost of the polity as a whole.
